Planned to be conveniently located in north-central Oklahoma City, this unique and forward-thinking institution will feature a beautiful and functional campus covering 100+ acres dedicated to youth in Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Culinary Arts, Studio and Media (AI-generated visual rendering).
Congratulations to the latest Clemons-Associates client - The Inspirion Center for Performing Arts.
This unique, aesthetic and expansive venue is the vision of forward-thinking leaders Ken and Melissa Wood (Founders) who are capitalizing on decades of serving 'youth in performing arts' (notably, their experience of training, coaching and encouraging 10,000+ students via Spotlight Productions).
Positioned as the ultimate hub for all things arts, this venue will feature captivating theater, thrilling music, and mesmerizing art exhibits year-round. And it's more than a venue - it's a dream school for performing, fine, and film arts to include professional events, from Broadway to pop concerts, and a medley of specialty shows. THE INSPIRION seeks to be a institution where entertainment, education, and excitement collide!
Inspirion Performance Venues: • Grand Performance Hall seating 1200 • Spotlight Theater seating 300• Recital Hall/Event Center seating 400 • Outdoor Pavilion seating 400-1000• Circle Stage seating100• The Cafe Stage seating 50-75
Ken and Mellissa hired the Clemons-Associates team to share best practice tools, give counsel and build a professional campaign with a $120M goal. Deliverables include pre-campaign tools (Planning Tool, Gift Pyramid, Gift Table, Top Prospective Donor templates, coaching/consultation for staff and volunteers) as well as campaign collateral/materials including the case for support, brand ID, fly-thru video, dedicated campaign website, solicitation folders, Powerpoint presentation, thank you cards, event invitation, house party best-practice guides and more.
Facilities and Outputs:
More than 90% of the newly-developed space will be committed to training/coaching/rehearsal space and live/studio performances.

Focuses include Theater and Dance, Specialty Shows and Events, Band/Orchestra and Choir (e.g., OKC's Philharmonic Orchestra and Canterbury Choir), Film/TV productions, Instructional spaces, offices and A/C controlled storage for props and equipment.
In the Fine Arts Sector, students will enjoy curricula/teachings in graphic design and AI art, painting and framing, screen printing, Multi-Media, Sculpting, etc.
In the Culinary Art space, integrated nonprofit programs take in disadvantaged youth through 'internships' (work study) in several onsite venues leveraging both back of house and front of house training, coaching, inspiration and encouragement. $20M of the comprehensive campaign is dedicated to an Endowment Fund to provide sustainable operating monies.

“We applaud Oklahoma’s leadership for recognizing the important of the arts, but it's not just about the money. It's also about introducing new audiences to the industry.” —Acclaimed director Martin Scorsese.”
